The appointment of Silke Hoesch as General Manager stems from her demonstrated leadership as Vice President of the Service Management Strategy Group Technology at Deutsche Telekom. “We are certain that Silke will continue to drive FreeMove forward with her expert market knowledge and customer service experience. Under Fabien’s leadership, the Free Move Alliance has expanded its geographical footprint from 32 to more than 80 countries and enriched the value added to its service portfolio. He has also improved the sales performance and the collaboration governance within the alliance. “

In her new role Mrs. Hoesch will act as the organization’s advocate with customers, members, partners and stakeholders. She will be responsible for rapidly expanding the scope and range of FreeMove’s portfolio of services and improve how the alliance identifies, approaches and works with customers.
Silke Hoesch has been with Deutsche Telekom since 2006, starting in T-Mobile’s international Sales & Service organization and moving on to the role as Executive Assistant for the CEO in 2007. In 2009 she was named Head of the International Sales & Services EU Operating Office where she was responsible for all, strategic projects, communications activities, governance and alignment between European partners & affiliates. Since 2010 she has been the Vice President of the Service Management Strategy Group Technology, responsible for driving Deutsche Telekom’s international network quality based on customer insights.
