Swedish Quality Index’s latest report on the Swedish mobile operators shows that Telia has the country’s most satisfied business customers. The report conveys that the customers consider that one of the major benefits of Telia is that they can combine their different services with one single operator.
“We want to support our corporate clients on their digitization journeys and take the role of a strategic partner in the area of ICT in communications and IT. We are focused on being able to offer complete solutions to our corporate customers, where we will guide them to the right services, help them get started and are available if there are any questions or if issues should arise. Results from the Swedish Quality Index shows we are on the right track” says Charlotta Rehman, head of Telia Sweden Enterprise Business.
Recently, Telia launched the services “Personal Advisor” and “Personal Technician” for small- and medium-sized business customers. These services will help customers find the right solution, get started and get support online, by phone and on site with tech-issues. Telia has also broadened its offering portfolio, e.g. with cloud-based IT services through Telia Appmarket.
