The Supervisory Board

Responsible for setting FreeMove’s strategy, the Supervisory Board ensures that the correct resources are in place to support delivery across all four members of the alliance.

Paul Henric (Orange)

Paul is in charge of the Enterprise Line of Business with the mission to support all the Orange countries in Europe, Middle East and Africa in developing their B2B performance. 

His carrer in the Orange group has always focussed on supporting the management of Enterprise customers. In this context, ha has fulfilled roles such as named account Director, Business Development Director and Head of the Enterprise and SME business in Paris Area. 

In 2009, Paul took over the Large Projects Division for Industry and Services accounts in Orange, which later merged with the Orange Major Accounts Division (DGC). Thereafter, he took responsibility of contract execution and post sales governance for the top 200 customers of Orange Business Services in France. 

Since January 2014, Paul is nominated COO of the Major Accounts Division (DGC) and deputy to the CEO. 

Paul is a graduate of ISEP (Institut Supérieur d'Electronique de Paris) and Cedep-Insead (General Management Program).

 

Roberto Collavizza (Telecom Italia Group)

Roberto Collavizza is Senior Director of Operational Governance within the Business (Corporate) Division of Telecom Italia. He has a long career in the ICT sector, which began in 1988 at IBM as a sales manager.

At the end of 1988 he joined Telecom Italia and was initially in charge of Budgeting and Cost Control in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia Area.

In 1995 he was appointed to the Sales area and was responsible for the Consumer market in Friuli-Venezia Giulia and subsequently in Piemonte -Valle d’Aosta. He was then assigned to the Business (Corporate) Division of Telecom Italia starting in 1999 as the start-up and development of the Indirect Sales Channel Manager. Ten years later he was nominated Senior Director Corporate Sales North-East region.

In his current role, he is responsible for the governance of the direct and indirect corporate sales channels, for the large multinational customer segment, for all bidding processes and activities, and for partnerships and alliances.

Patrick Molck-Ude (Deutsche Telekom)

Patrick Molck-Ude is currently Head of TC (Telecommunications) Division at T-Systems and Member of the Board of Management of T-Systems International. He was nominated in February 2015.

Born in 1966, he followed an international School education program (Japan, South Africa) and studied business administration which led him to various Senior Vice President positions at IBM Deutschland.

In 2004 he moved as Executive Vice President Multinational Corporations to
T-Mobile International AG in Bonn.

Two years later Molck-Ude joined T-Mobile Deutschland GmbH as Senior Vice President Business Sales. At Deutsche Telekom AG, Business Customers he was appointed Senior Vice President Business Sales and Member of the Board of Management from 2007 until 2010.

From 2010 he was Senior Vice President Business Customer Sales and Service and since 2013 he departed as Senior Vice President Sales and Service Business Customers at Telekom Deutschland GmbH. 

Søren Abildgaard (Telia Company)

After having completed an MSc in International Marketing Soren has worked in an international environment in London, Scandinavia and The Baltics for the last 21 years. During the last 17 years he worked for mobile operators Mobilix/Orange/Telia Company. The vast majority of the positions Soren held have been commercially orientated but he has also been head responsible for HR, Communications and Customer Care, IT, Network, Security, SA&Ops and Products for Telia Company with more than 2,500 employees in the organisation.

Today, Soren is Senior Vice President, Group COO for Telia Company with responsibility for the Commercial activities throughout Telias’s footprint.

Soren thrives in a dynamic environment and feels very motivated when tasked with finding new commercial opportunities to secure the company’s future growth. He declared “I have a solid experience in achieving results through management of both people and projects and believe very much in a ‘can-do’ attitude from everybody involved”.

The General Manager

Stephan Fauser

In his role as General Manager of FreeMove, Stephan is providing visible leadership and a coordinated approach to the alliance, acting as the organisation's advocate with customers, partners and stakeholders. He is responsible for expanding the scope and range of FreeMove's portfolio of services, improve how the alliance identifies, approaches and works with customers and is focusing on strong execution.

Since July 2013 Stephan Fauser has been heading as well the Presales at Deutsche Telekom for multinational corporations. He is currently leading three teams, which are International Bid Management, Solution Sales Mobility and Sales Operations.
His role is to supervise the management of international proposals for multinational clients offering mobile connectivity across a wide international footprint. He is also an expert in mobility value added services such as TEM,  mobile device management, usage reporting and mobile consulting.

Prior this, Stephan served first as Vice President of International Sales Support at T Systems and then as Vice President of Business Centre International managing over 150 collaborators. For the past 13 years he has gathered an extensive and valuable experience in the telecommunication business, which now strongly benefits the Alliance.

The Management Board

Overseeing the day-to-day management of FreeMove, the Management Board guarantees a coordinated approach to managing accounts, the flawless operation of our products and the innovation of new services to our customers.

Igor Dolfin (Orange)

As Head of Sales Operations within Orange Mobile Enterprise, Igor has been responsible for sales performance since May 2011. The key objective of his current role is to accelerate growth of the Orange international mobility proposition and increase the efficiency of the sales and bid management organisation. 

Prior to joining Orange Mobile Enterprise, Igor has held management positions within Orange Business Services, Orange Mobile Netherlands and Cellway/Debitel, with a proven track record in sales management and new business sales within multinational telecommunication companies.

Igor holds a degree in Business Administration from Hogeschool, Eindhoven.

Mario Polosa (Telecom Italia Group)

Mario heads up the Top Sales Unit within the Top Clients Customer Department of Telecom Italia, including National and Multinational customers.

Having previously held various management position within Telecom Italia in Top Clients Sales and Business Innovation, Mario joined FreeMove in 2005 as representative for the Sales MNC Working Group, heading Telecom Italia’s Bid Management Teams for five years.

With a wide international experience, Mario holds a Masters in Information and Communication Technologies from the Politecnico University of Milan, and a degree in Electrical Engineering.

Christian Happich (Deutsche Telekom)

Christian is VP Presales Mobile International at the T-Systems headquarters. He is one of the few that can rely on a 26 years of experience career within DTAG. Through this exemplary course Christian has occupied key positions such as:  

- Head of Direct sales T-Mobile branch Berlin
- Head of Direct sales Region West for medium and large business customers
- Head of Central Key Account Management

This trustworthy and goal-oriented senior executive is well known for his strong analytical and conceptual skills which have proven successful when developing International Leadership.

Karin Lundewall (Telia Company)

Karin serves as Senior Director at Commercial Development within Telia Company Mobility Services, focusing on Global B2B strategic sales and Nordic deals. In her role, she is responsible for leading the transition from technology oriented solutions towards customer insight driven business.

Previously, Karin held the role as Client Executive at Telia Company MNC Business Services with strategic sales responsibility for some ofTelia Company"s major multinational corporate accounts. Karin has over 10 years’ experience in B2B sales of ICT services in various management positions, as well as international experience when working at Unisource Mobile in Hong Kong launching the mobile operator Peoples Phone. Karin has also conducted business innovation within mobile industrial venture capital, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and mobile service provider operation. 

Karin holds a degree in Master of Science in Business Administration and a MBA from Uppsala University in Sweden.
