Fredrik has built his career across senior leadership roles in the telecom industry. He previously served as Executive Vice President for Tele2 Sweden’s B2B operations and as CEO of Tele2 IoT, where he successfully drove transformation, innovation, and profitable growth. In addition, he has held several strategic positions in business development, customer service, and operations at the group level, further underlining his ability to lead complex change while keeping customer value at the center.
On 28 July 2025, Fredrik officially stepped into his new role as Head of B2B at Telia Sweden, succeeding Tobias Larsson. His appointment reflects not only his proven track record of business acumen and operational strength but also his strong commitment to building customer-focused, high-performing organizations.
