The Supervisory Board
Responsible for setting FreeMove’s strategy, the Supervisory Board ensures that the correct resources are in place to support delivery across the four members of FreeMove.
Paul Henric (Orange)
Paul is in charge of the Enterprise Line of Business with the mission to support all the Orange countries in Europe, Middle East and Africa in developing their B2B performance.
His career in the Orange Group has always focused on supporting the management of enterprise customers. In this context he has fulfilled roles such as Account Director, Business Development Director and Head of the Enterprise and SME business units in the Paris area.
In 2009, Paul took over the Large Projects Division for Industry and Services accounts in Orange, which later merged with the Orange Major Accounts Division (DGC). Thereafter, Paul was responsible for contract execution and post sales governance for Orange Business Services’ top 200 customers in France.
Since January 2014, Paul has been nominated COO of the Major Accounts Division (DGC) and deputy to the CEO.
Paul is a graduate of ISEP (Institut Supérieur d’Electronique de Paris) and Cedep-Insead (General Management Programme).
Giovambattista Manfreda (Telecom Italia Group)
Giovambattista Manfreda is Senior Director of Cross & Multinational Customers within the Enterprise Division of Telecom Italia and is responsible for the sales activities to the Trade Associations, TIM in NAVE and Premium Services as well as the commercial development related to the FreeMove and Multinational Business customers.
He has a long-standing career within the TIM Group, starting in 1993 as a customer assistance field manager and subsequently as a network and infrastructure development manager and Head of the TIM Branch in Livorno. Additionally, he participated to the auction for the Telebras in Brazil with specific focus on the evaluation of the network rollout and investment strategic plan. In 1999 he moved to TIM’s subsidiary Sparkle which handles international TLC services. He gradually worked his way up to becoming Head of Sales and Pre-sales for Multi-national Companies and later on Head of Enterprise & ICT Solutions , Western Europe.
Giovambattista holds a master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the “University of Pisa”.
Thomas Heyder (Deutsche Telekom)
Thomas Heyder is the Senior Vice president of Telecommunication Mobile Services at T-Systems International. He joined Telekom Deutschland in 2010 as Vice President of Corporate Accounts – Sales and Services. In 2016 he was nominated the Senior Vice President of TC Division at T-Systems International.
Mr. Heyder has a long career in the IT sector and has held different Sales Management and Sales Director positions within the Hewlett-Packard GmbH.
Graduated at Berufsakademie, Stuttgart in Computer Science in 1993 and at Malik Management Zentrum St. Gallen, Switzerland as Executive Manager MZSG in 2006.
Pernilla Wikman (Telia Company)
Pernilla Wikman is Head of Global Business at Telia Global. She joined Telia Company AB 2014 to manage the Global Portfolio- & Project Management, beside that she has lead the Technology Board and the re-design and merger of Telia Company Group Technical and Commercial structure.
Mrs. Wikman has a long career in the ICT sector and has held different Business Management and Sales Management positions within Tieto and Ki Consulting, e.g. VP, Global BU Head for Application outsourcing.
Mrs. Wikman holds a MA in Business Economics & a BA in Media and Communication Science.
The General Manager
In his role as General Manager of FreeMove, Lazaro is providing visible leadership and a coordinated approach, acting as the organisation’s advocate with customers, partners and stakeholders. He is responsible for expanding the scope and range of FreeMove’s portfolio of services, improving how FreeMove identifies, approaches and works with customers, and focusing on strong execution.
Lazaro has an extensive experience in the international mobile communication industry as he spent his last two decades working for major players on the market. His favorite domain is transforming business processes and customer operations in a multicultural environment.
Before joining FreeMove Lazaro has gone through several executive positions as VP Sales & Distribution for the Enterprise Line of Business for Orange Group, where he was leading an international team to steer change in the full Orange footprint, head of Operational sales and marketing, VP for Customer Care and Operations or Controlling director for the B2B business.
Lázaro is an international minded professional holding a degree in Business Administration by Madrid Autónoma University and several post graduate specializations by KU Leuven, EM Lyon or Cranfield University
The Management Board
Overseeing the day-to-day management of FreeMove, the Management Board guarantees a coordinated approach to managing accounts, the flawless operation of our products and the innovation of new services to our customers.
Igor Dolfin (Orange)
As Head of Sales Operations within Orange Mobile Enterprise, Igor has been responsible for sales performance since May 2011. The key objective of his current role is to accelerate growth of the Orange international mobility proposition and increase the efficiency of the sales and bid management organisation.
Prior to joining Orange Mobile Enterprise, Igor has held management positions within Orange Business Services, Orange Mobile Netherlands and Cellway/Debitel, with a proven track record in sales management and new business sales within multinational telecommunication companies.
Igor holds a degree in Business Administration from Hogeschool, Eindhoven.
Richard Minciotti (Telecom Italia Group)
Richard is a member of the FreeMove Management Board since 2010 and a Senior Manager within the Multinational Customers Department of TIM. As of August 2016, he was appointed to the role of Director of the FreeMove Central Program Office.
He joined TIM in the year 2000 with main responsibilities focusing on the commercial development of TIM mobile operators throughout South America and specifically in Brazil.
He was born and raised in the USA and transferred to Italy as a teenager. After achieving a Master’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Pisa, he worked as a satellite operations and technology expert for a major satellite telecommunications company based in Rome, Italy.
Following his Bachelor’s Degree in Business, he was then assigned to several roles including business planning, strategic planning, contract management, and international business development. Prior to joining TIM, he was Marketing Director for a primary global mobile satellite phone operator.
Christian Happich (Deutsche Telekom)
Christian is VP Presales Mobile International at the T-Systems headquarters. His experience within DTAG has been extensive, spanning 26 years. Through this exemplary career journey, Christian has occupied key positions such as:
Head of Direct Sales, T-Mobile branch Berlin
Head of Direct Sales, West Region for medium and large business customers
Head of Central Key Account Management
This trustworthy and goal-oriented senior executive is well known for his strong analytical and conceptual skills which have proven successful when developing International Leadership.
Ingrid Ahotupa (Telia Company)
Ms. Ingrid Ahotupa is Head of MultiNational Customers (MNC) Sales, Global Business/Telia Global. This team is the hub for Telia FreeMove operations in all 7 Telia countries.
Previously she held a position as Head of MNC Sales in the Swedish organization. Prior to that she was nearly 20 years in the Telia’s Carrier business, in various Management positions within Product Management, Sales and Business Operations.
Ms. Ahotupa is a driven change leader who thrives of developing businesses and people. She is mentoring leaders both within the Telia Group and in the Swedish Chamber of Commerce.
