The Supervisory Board
Responsible for setting FreeMove’s strategy, the Supervisory Board ensures that the correct resources are in place to support delivery across the four members of FreeMove.
Paul Henric (Orange)
Paul is in charge of the Enterprise Line of Business with the mission to support all the Orange countries in Europe, Middle East and Africa in developing their B2B performance.
His career in the Orange Group has always focused on supporting the management of enterprise customers. In this context he has fulfilled roles such as Account Director, Business Development Director and Head of the Enterprise and SME business units in the Paris area.
In 2009, Paul took over the Large Projects Division for Industry and Services accounts in Orange, which later merged with the Orange Major Accounts Division (DGC). Thereafter, Paul was responsible for contract execution and post sales governance for Orange Business Services’ top 200 customers in France.
Since January 2014, Paul has been nominated COO of the Major Accounts Division (DGC) and deputy to the CEO.
Paul is a graduate of ISEP (Institut Supérieur d’Electronique de Paris) and Cedep-Insead (General Management Programme).
Roberto Collavizza (Telecom Italia Group)
Roberto Collavizza is Senior Director of Operational Governance within the Business (Corporate) Division of Telecom Italia. He has a long career in the ICT sector, which began in 1988 at IBM as a sales manager.
At the end of 1988 he joined Telecom Italia and was initially in charge of Budgeting and Cost Control in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia Area.
In 1995 he was appointed to the Sales area and was responsible for the Consumer market in Friuli-Venezia Giulia and subsequently in Piemonte -Valle d’Aosta. He was then assigned to the Business (Corporate) Division of Telecom Italia starting in 1999 responsible for the start-up and development of the Indirect Sales Channel. Ten years later he was nominated Senior Director Corporate Sales North-East region.
Patrick Molck-Ude (Deutsche Telekom)
Patrick Molck-Ude is currently Head of the TC (Telecommunications) Division at T-Systems and a Member of the Board of Management of T-Systems International. He was nominated in February 2015.
Born in 1966, he followed an international school education programme (Japan, South Africa) and studied business administration which led him to various Senior Vice President positions at IBM Deutschland.
In 2004 he was nominated Executive Vice President Multinational Corporations for T-Mobile International AG in Bonn.
Thomas Johansson (Telia Company)
Thomas Johansson, 54, has long and broad experience within the IT- and telecommunications sector. He is currently Head of Commercial Enterprise at Telia Company Group Services & Operations. Prior to that, Mr. Johansson held various executive Product Management and Development, and Technology Management and Development positions in Telia Company.
Before joining Telia Company in 2011, Mr. Johansson held different Technology Management and Sales Management positions with Cisco Systems, Volvo IT, IBM and Robert Bosch GmbH.
Mr. Johansson holds an M.Sc.E.E. from Chalmers Institute of Technology, Gothenburg, Sweden.
The General Manager
In his role as General Manager of FreeMove, Stephan is providing visible leadership and a coordinated approach to the alliance, acting as the organisation’s advocate with customers, partners and stakeholders. He is responsible for expanding the scope and range of FreeMove’s portfolio of services, improving how the alliance identifies, approaches and works with customers, and focusing on strong execution.
Since July 2013 Stephan Fauser has also been Head of Presales at Deutsche Telekom for multinational corporations. He is currently leading three teams, which are International Bid Management, Solution Sales Mobility and Sales Operations.
His role is to supervise the management of international proposals for multinational clients offering mobile connectivity across a wide international footprint. He is also an expert in mobility value added services such as TEM, mobile device management, usage reporting and mobile consulting.
Prior to this, Stephan served first as Vice President of International Sales Support at T Systems and then as Vice President of Business Centre International managing over 150 employees. For the past 13 years he has gathered extensive and valuable experience in the telecommunications sector, which now strongly benefits the Alliance.
The Management Board
Overseeing the day-to-day management of FreeMove, the Management Board guarantees a coordinated approach to managing accounts, the flawless operation of our products and the innovation of new services to our customers.
Igor Dolfin (Orange)
As Head of Sales Operations within Orange Mobile Enterprise, Igor has been responsible for sales performance since May 2011. The key objective of his current role is to accelerate growth of the Orange international mobility proposition and increase the efficiency of the sales and bid management organisation.
Prior to joining Orange Mobile Enterprise, Igor has held management positions within Orange Business Services, Orange Mobile Netherlands and Cellway/Debitel, with a proven track record in sales management and new business sales within multinational telecommunication companies.
Igor holds a degree in Business Administration from Hogeschool, Eindhoven.
Richard Minciotti (Telecom Italia Group)
Richard is a member of the FreeMove Management Board since 2010 and a Senior Manager within the Multinational Customers Department of TIM. As of August 2016, he was appointed to the role of Director of the FreeMove Central Program Office.
He joined TIM in the year 2000 with main responsibilities focusing on the commercial development of TIM mobile operators throughout South America and specifically in Brazil.
He was born and raised in the USA and transferred to Italy as a teenager. After achieving a Master’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Pisa, he worked as a satellite operations and technology expert for a major satellite telecommunications company based in Rome, Italy.
Following his Bachelor’s Degree in Business, he was then assigned to several roles including business planning, strategic planning, contract management, and international business development. Prior to joining TIM, he was Marketing Director for a primary global mobile satellite phone operator.
Christian Happich (Deutsche Telekom)
Christian is VP Presales Mobile International at the T-Systems headquarters. His experience within DTAG has been extensive, spanning 26 years. Through this exemplary career journey, Christian has occupied key positions such as:

Head of Direct Sales, West Region for medium and large business customers
Head of Central Key Account Management
This trustworthy and goal-oriented senior executive is well known for his strong analytical and conceptual skills which have proven successful when developing International Leadership.
Karin Lundewall (Telia Company)
Karin serves as Senior Director for Commercial Development within Telia Company Mobility Services, focusing on Global B2B strategic sales and Nordic deals. In her role, she is responsible for leading the transition from technology-oriented solutions towards a customer insight driven business.
Previously, Karin held the role as Client Executive at Telia Company MNC Business Services with strategic sales responsibility for some of Telia Company’s major multinational corporate accounts. Karin has over 10 years’ experience in B2B sales of ICT services in various management positions, as well as international experience working at Unisource Mobile in Hong Kong where she launched the mobile operator Peoples Phone. Karin has also conducted business innovation within mobile industrial venture capital, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and mobile service provider operations.
